Ron Paul has the same idea as me: PRIVATE BOUNTY HUNTERS, the government hasn’t been able to capture Osama & today is the 8 year anniversary. I propose a $1 Billion bounty, privately funded by Insurance Companies of Wall Street. He’s calling on Congress to consider using letters of marque and reprisal, a power written into the Constitution allows the US to hire private citizens to keep international water safe.
